Hello, my furry, kinky, weirdo, and halloweenie types! After a great deal of mental gymnastics and what seems like half a ream of manilla folders, I've managed to pattern up and assemble a whole new animal for custom leather work.
Meet Ocean:
The Ocean bun hood
I started with a pattern for the pup, and slowly cut, taped, trashed, cut and taped more and more pieces until it came out looking good.
After a great deal of tweaking, head-tilting, and tweaking again, I was finally happy with the paper shapes. I cut and painted! No going back.
It all finally came together, and the Ocean bun hood is available for custom orders over at my shop. Thanks for coming along for the ride!
